[cisco-voip] Transformation Patterns not being applied to CFwdAll Calls

I'm using Calling Party Transformation patterns on CCM 8.0.3 applied to a
SIP Trunk so that when outbound calls from an extension range are made, the
outbound CID is rewritten to be a single number for all outbound calls.
This is working great, no issues at all. I have an issue however when a
user does a CFwdAll on their phone to an external number.
I'm running calls out through a SIP Gateway so I can see CID etc pretty
easily. When a call is made to a CFwdAll'ed extension, the outbound call
uses the 4 digit extension instead of having the Transformation pattern
re-write the number. I've currently set the trunk up to use 'Last
Redirecting Number (External)' to present a valid DID to the carrier but
this is showing the DID of the extension and not the standard number I was
trying to apply using the Transformation pattern.
Anyone seen this issue? DNA is pretty useless with Transformation patterns
so I'm checking things out primarily on the SIP gateway to see what numbers
have been applied etc.
TIA
Nathan
