Hi,
I'm having trouble getting the correct Calling Party Number shown on our cell phones (Remote Destinations)
Scenario:
External National Caller: 11111111
When call comes to first translation pattern, it is prefixed with '0' (In order for our desk-phones to be able to callback the number)
When call is routed to Remote Destination the 0 is still prefixed (011111111), but in order for our cell-phones to call the number the '0' needs to be removed.
If Call is from international caller, I need it to be prefixed with '+'
I have tried configuring the Service Parameters:
"Incoming Calling Party National Number Prefix - MGCP"
"Incoming Calling Party International Number Prefix - MGCP"
"Incoming Calling Party National Number Prefix - Phone"
"Incoming Calling Party International Number Prefix - Phone"
The Phone parameters seems to have no effect, and the MGCP parameters prefixes the '0' on both the Deskphone and the Remote Destination.
Any help would be appreciated.
Best regards
Henrik Madsen
