[cisco-voip] Advice swapping Sip over internet to T1

I've always defined a new link as gateway in CM to test outbound on
whatever medium i'm changing to. So I would go ahead and add the PRI gateway
and start using it (make a route-pattern for one number so you're not
changing outbound for your entire environment) and once satisfied either
port your DID's (if coming from a different telco) or have you provider
swing the DID's to TDM afterwards. If you're using MGCP, it might be a
little more config on the CM side, but still should be easily done.
