It appears not since that's a CUCM setting and isn't available from the AD side. 
It sounds like a mass association to the Standard CCM End User group is the only 
way to do this.


Then again if you have a database guy around you could probably give him the 
data dictionary for CUCM and perform a SQL query on the DB from the command line 
to assign all users to the Standard CCM End User user group.
