[cisco-voip] Auto attendant is early media ?

If you're a user you'll never know the difference between early offer and
delayed offer.

Early offer sends the calling media in the initial invite.  Delayed offer
sends the calling media when the other side picks up.  In your example the
called party has picked up so there is no way to tell.
