[cisco-voip] Call Logging on Shared Lines

I am not aware of any way to have the call show up in CDR's for all
devices that share the line.
CDR reports connected calls - a call is only connected to one endpoint.
The exception being conference or barge and these are reported
separately in CDR where each device involved initiates a call to the
conference (or bridge) device.
