[cisco-voip] Call Logging on Shared Lines

I am not really concerned with the CDRs. I am wondering about the
logging on the phone. Missed calls for sure are logged on both phones,
but if two phones share a line and a call is answered, the call only
shows on the received log for the phone that answered.
One of our managers shares a line with a receptionist. If he is on the
phone and another call comes in, she may answer the call. If he needs
the number from caller ID, he has to get it from her phone.
I know for sure that the line is shared since I set up the phones and
lines personally.

I am not aware of any way to have the call show up in CDR's for all
devices that share the line.
CDR reports connected calls - a call is only connected to one endpoint.
The exception being conference or barge and these are reported
separately in CDR where each device involved initiates a call to the
conference (or bridge) device.
