Type: guid (Indexed, Null OK)
Default Value: NULL
Migration Source: User.pkid
Remarks: This is the id of currently logged on user if EM is being used, 
or the owner of the device if EM is not being used.

On my lab system this works fine:

admin:run sql select name from device where name like 'SEP%' and 
fkenduser is null
