[cisco-voip] Calls forwarded to external number on a schedule?

That is time of day routing.  during the day have a partition available 
that includes the desk DN.  Outside business hours have a partition 
available that includes a DN on a dummy phone or dummy CTI route point 
that is set to FwdAll to the user's home number.
