Here's one option.
1. Device based
Create two separate CSSs, one for normal users (e.g. CSS-Normal) and one for the
executives (e.g. CSS-Executive). Apply CSS at device level. Move executive
lines into the PT-Executive partition.
Setup the memberships as follows:
CSS-Normal
- Partition: PT-Normal
CSS-Executive
- Partition: PT-Normal
- Partition: PT-Executive
