[cisco-voip] PCA Login issue..

We have some weird login issue with PCA. We didn't made any changes, but
everytime now we have to login to the PCA we have to enter the domain name.
Before when we login the PCA we never ever enter the Domain name.

Does Anybody knows what have changed?
