[cisco-voip] Adding BLF to 7962 causes phone to deregister permanently

Hi,

I've got a 7962 with one 7915 expansion module. When I change the phone
button template on the phone to include BLFs, the phone deregisters and goes
into SRST mode. I also lose Line 1 on the phone. The phone resgisters when
the default phone button template is used. I'm using the lastest firmware
for the phone and the expansion module. Has anyone encountered a similar
problem.
