Hi Tanner,
I tried creating a dial-peer as you stated.
However I get an unknown number message on my phone.
I tested the dial-peer on the router:
Show dialplan number 31651234567#
Macro Exp.: 31651234567
VoiceEncapPeer300
peer type = voice, system default peer = FALSE, information type = voice,
description = `',
tag = 300, destination-pattern = `31.........',
etc….
I tried some debug options:
debug voip hpi detail is ON (filter is OFF)
debug voip hpi notification is ON (filter is OFF)
Jan 26 14:28:18.279: xrule_checking
.Jan 26 14:28:18.279: xrule_checking calling 229282162, called 31651234567
.Jan 26 14:28:18.279: xrule_checking peer_tag 300, direction 2, protocol 0
.Jan 26 14:28:18.279: xrule_checking Return rc = -5
.Jan 26 14:28:18.303: %ISDN-6-LAYER2UP: Layer 2 for Interface BR0/0/0, TEI 0 changed to up
Jan 26 14:28:19.583: %VOIPAAA-5-VOIP_CALL_HISTORY: CallLegType 1, ConnectionId F7B00FF4288611E09FCCBAE0285CE60, SetupTime .14:28:18.403 UTC+1 Wed Jan 26 2011, PeerAddress 31651234567, PeerSubAddress , DisconnectCause 1 , DisconnectText unassigned number (1)…
So I think the dial-peer 300 is used.
But it does look like the 0 is not added before the number is dialed.
Do you know where to look next?
Thanks,
Met vriendelijke groet,

Create a dial-peer to match (destination-prefix 31.........) and prefix a 0. For example (assuming a 9 digit number)
dial-peer voice 3100 [voip/pots]
destination-pattern 31.........
prefix 031
You should be able to fill in the rest.

I have a small problem with CME on a 2811 router.
Our CRM system has telephone numbers which contains a country prefix.
To be able to dial such a number a 0 should be placed before the country prefix.
With country code 31 the numbers look like this:
+31 123456789
The result should be:
031 123456789
Can and should I do this with a translation rule?
Thanks in advance,
