[cisco-voip] Adding BLF to 7962 causes phone to deregister permanently

Hi Wes,

This phone is registered at an SRST site. The router sits behind an Expand Accelerator. UCM is behind a firewall at the central site. It worked fine until I upgraded the firmware to version 9.1.1. I've downgraded to the previous firmware but the problem still persists.

Kind regards,

Is there a NAT boundary, firewall doing inspection, or similar network device between this phone and the CM server? Can you move the phone closer to the server to confirm it is not a network issue?

I also lose Line 1 on the phone. The phone resgisters when the default phone button template is used. I'm using the lastest firmware for the phone and the expansion module. Has anyone encountered a similar problem.
