[cisco-voip] coresident CUBE, MTP and VXML gateways

I need to use up to 300 VXML sessions / SIP calls on a CUBE platform. The
intention is using 3945E chassis, pure SIP protocol with G711 and G729
codec, and 2 x PVDM3-256.
I could not find reference for any load impact for running MTP, VXML and
CUBE on single box. Has anyone implemented this and willing to share?
