[cisco-voip] Upgrade from UCM 6.1.3 to UCM 8.XX

Hi Folks,

We are trying to upgrade from 6.1.3 to 8.0, can any one suggest me good
advice, as which version of 8 is stable and also support our old phones like
7940,60, and 7912. also what is the precaution i have to follow, as we are
running 7845 MCS server, also do we need to update the load for phones
before upgrade and also licenses.

Any good link to follow on cisco website?
