[cisco-voip] 7921 fireware update fail

Every time I power my 7921's it tries to update the firmware.

 

Shortly after that it says upgrade failed, I have tried this across the
VPN and from a wireless access point connected to my TFTP server. 

 

 

Any one seen this before?
