[cisco-voip] UCCX 8.0 Desktop Recording

Hello, people!

 

  Has anyone using Desktop Recording in UCCX 8.0 suffered an issue with it where the Supervisor does not record an audio file of a call, despite receiving the RTP stream of the  phonecall on the Desktop PC?

 

It only happens on computers with Windows 7 64 bits. And not in Windows 7 32 bits.

 

I am currently going throught TAC with this, but would like to hear opinions from you, guys.
