[cisco-voip] UCCX 8.0 Desktop Recording

I have experienced driver issues on Win 7 64 bit machines when using CUPC. Not sure if this is something that would effect UCCX as well.

Hello, people!

  Has anyone using Desktop Recording in UCCX 8.0 suffered an issue with it where the Supervisor does not record an audio file of a call, despite receiving the RTP stream of the  phonecall on the Desktop PC?

It only happens on computers with Windows 7 64 bits. And not in Windows 7 32 bits.

I am currently going throught TAC with this, but would like to hear opinions from you, guys.
