[cisco-voip] Cisco CDR and Analysis Reporting

I am using Call Manager 4.3 . There is no issue with the CDR . But when i
extract report of individual users from CAR the records of some users are
updated but for some users it is showing records 20 days back.

How to resolve this issue.
