It does not include any Consoles.

CUBAC is a separate product.

Free is my goal. The one included with CM from 7.x and prior is all that we
need. I don't want additional licensing costs nor do I want to set up yet
another server to support 3rd party software.

I did a quick search, and it would appear that CM 8.x includes Cisco Unified
Business Attendant Console. Does that compare to the Cisco Attendant console
we use on 7.x?

I think there are a few different ones out there.

What are you looking for?

I have used the ARC version. Very high end. Can do, script, monitor, ACD,
etc. just about anything you want.

Currently we are looking at using Cuci-Lync. or CUPS might do the same.

How much do you want to pay?

What are you listers using for attendant consoles? I've heard that the
console included in 7.x is no longer in 8.x. so we're staying back on
7.1.2 for now.
