[cisco-voip] uccx 7.0(1) supervisor capability problem

Hi, one of the users i added supervisor capability but doest appear team on
select team section at cisco supervisor desktop program.

I did give authority to user like other supervisor user. On the resource
list the user have supervisor indicator.

What could be the problem ?
