[cisco-voip] Sample UCCX script for maximum wait-time

You need to pull the reporting statistic for the current wait time. Then compare that against your threshold, maybe 10 minutes, and then do a select resource to the second group queue, or send to VM or whatever that alternative treatment that you have defined.
