Your tip worked. No COBRAS needed. Thanks -jason

CUAdmin > Tools > Bulk Administration Tool do a Export to .csv open in Excel copy the Alias column to the LdapCcmUserId column then run Update Users with Mailbox.

Yes current Alias and LDAP already match.

When you say Export/Import do you mean COBRAS or just in CUAdmin > Tools > Bulk Administration Tool do a Export/Import.

Remember they have Greetings and Messages as they've been active a couple weeks.....

if you have all the users in unity connection and the userid in CUCM matches the alias in AD
you need to export them and them re import the users and you should be goot to go

In Unity Connection 8.5 Subscribers were imported from CallManager before LDAP was setup, however I then realized I needed LDAP Authorization/integration and enabled LDAP. Users still show CallManager Integration and the LDAP radio box is grayed out.

Can I change the users Integration to LDAP somehow without deleting/adding Subscribers?

If I need to delete them, I assume I can COBRAS Export, Delete subscribers, then add back in integrating with LDAP not CallManager?
