[cisco-voip] CUPS 7.1(2) upgrade to 8.5(2)

7.0 CUPC clients won't be able to set or to see the custom states in the
buddy list.  they will properly see the green/available, yellow/away,
red/dnd, but they wont see any of the custom text that users may set to
communicate status.  Everything else with CUPC 7.0 seems ok.

7.1 CUPC works fine.

Just found that out this morning myself.
