[cisco-voip] CUPS 7.1(2) upgrade to 8.5(2)

I don't knoe whats not working, we only have tested the cupc to determine that presence is working, we have to work with sametime plugin. I think nothing has change for the cupc 7 with presence 8 (it's sip like under 7). cupc 8 change to xmpp which should be more powerfull and the better thing
