Hi Rasim
Thanks for your information. However the UCCX system is used for trading
purpose. We can't restart the server regularly.
Thanks
Best Regards
David

Hi David,
I'd suggest you restart the server regularly, at least once every couple
of months, especially if it is a windows version on UCCX.
Another suggestion is that you read some Cisco UCCX manuals, for example
this one:
http://www.google.ca/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4GGLL_enCA37
4CA375&q=uccx+7.0%281%29+serviceability+manual
You could also take a UCCX course which could significantly improve your
knowledge in a short time.
YouTube has some nice videos.

Hi Ignacio
This is confused with me now. What is your test, can you explain in more
detail as I have no much knowledge in UCCX system.
>From my customer concern, any reason to make the application manager
running
in partial service. We all agree this is related to script issue. What is
the possible reason for this case (restart the service to resume the
service) ? Any recommendation to avoid this problem happen again.
Thanks
Best Regards
David

hello , david
a possibility, to test......, is convert the 'CTI router & DN into
callmanager', to trigger telephony in UCCX register with callmanager.
and wait.....
