[cisco-voip] Possible interaction between CAD (UCCX 8.0.2) and ADP Web Service

I'm wondering if anyone who has deployed an IPCC where they might be running the ADP Web Service App might have run into this, ever since the CAD was deployed on the PC's the agents have complained that the ADP Web Service Application lock up or behaves erratically, the only thing in common with these is Java. Java was updated to support CAD, I have checked the web but have found nothing yet.

Anyone seen something like this before?
