Problem solved.the TAC engineer just logged in to the servers with root
access and made some modification and now it is working.

You can open a SR now, the workaround is well documented internally.  All I
updated was to point out externally that TAC does have a workaround.

TAC can fix it with a remote support account on your server.  I've just
edited the notes for the bug to indicate this.  It should show up in ~24
hours.

You should be able to see this when you logon to the ccmadmin page.

 

If it says nothing, it is a restricted version ;-)

restricted or unrestricted.file name is not as it was copied.any command on
