[cisco-voip] call from addressbook not working with 7921

I need some help:
 
I have an cisco 7921
 
Call trough the addressbook to +31(78)XXXXXXX works
Call trough the addressbook to +49(30)XXXXXXXXX doesn´t work.
 
Phone start calling +49(30)XXXXXXXXX and then a voice say´s “Sorry cant
dial the extension” and the display shows call failed.
 
I have System version: 7.1.5.32900-2,
 
System Load ID  CP7921G-1.3.4SR1.LOADS
