did you factory reset the phone already?

If you haven't yet, I'd try that out?

Hi all,
before i go crazy i wanted to share something you:
i unplugged a 3911 from an old CME and i wanted to register it
        to a CUCM 7.1.5.
I entered its MAC and enabled telnet access to it and entered in
        the cucm.
I saw it upgrading (via telnet) but it refuses to get registered
        to the CUCM!!
I don't know why.
I can see it's web interface, DNS, TFTP all correct (that is why
        it upgraded) but not registration at all!!
I can't even see it's ip in the CUCM admin page.

Please, any help would be appreciated..
