CallManager 8.0 with SIP Trunk to 3945 with PRIs to AT&T

I see at the gateway I get a unallocated/disconnected number from telco however the end user on 7942 continues to hear ringback instead of a message the number is disconnected, etc.

Is there something I can change in callmanager for the Annunciator to play a error, etc?
