[cisco-voip] UCCx Supervisor shows agent still on call after call ended

This one is a little weird.  UCCx 7.0

Supervisor is watching the Supervisor Desktop.  It shows that the agent is
still on a call.  Shows the time continueing to increase, but the agent has
been gone on break for 20 minutes.  No calls on the phone when checked.

Any ideas where to start looking?
