[cisco-voip] MLS QoS issue 3560

Hi all I'm trying to lab up a QOS run through and for some reason the switch
is resetting everything to 0

 

Switch config:

 

mls qos map cos-dscp 0 8 16 24 32 46 48 56

mls qos

 

interface FastEthernet0/3

switchport mode access

switchport voice vlan 10

mls qos trust dscp

spanning-tree portfast

 

monitor session 1 source interface Fa0/3 tx

monitor session 1 destination interface Fa0/6

 

Wireshark reports DSCP field 0x00.

 

 

Any ideas?

 

I tried mls qos trust cos and same thing.

 

The phone plugged into the switchport is a 7941
