I saw the E20 under 8.6.1 as a native device. Maybe you're not running the right version of 8.6.1?

does anyone have any kind of integration guide that details how to add an E20 to 8.5(1) or better UCM system? I am running 8.6(1) and the E20 is not a native device like I heard it was supposed to be.

anyway, if anyone knows anything more, please let me know.
