[cisco-voip] MGCP with CUCM 8.5

I'm pretty sure you'll run into problems.  In order to support CM 8.5 and if
you want to use your current hardware, you will most likely have to move to
H323 as I believe you have to be on a 15.xT train for support, which these
do not support.

If you are planning on also using them for SRST, I think it's time to retire
these GW's and buy something newer.
