Did you try restarting your webdialer service?

I never configured any of the webdialer service parameters and applied the
appropriate groups/roles to end users and it worked. I did have to change the
URL of course...which is necessary unless you're using DNS to resolve the
cluster hostnames. . .
The customer is using LDAP synchronization but I don't think that would be a
block on you using webdialer unless your password is messed up.

I had a custom role, but I removed myself and added the standard one.
We are using LDAP sync/auth.
I haven't completed the steps in deployment as outlined below, but I figured I
should be able to log in at least.

8.0.3a cluster here...no issues with customer using click to dial or web
dialer... all users assigned standard ccm end users and standard CCMUSER
administration roles.
If you have a custom role or group, you might have to check the permissions on
it or if webdialer refuses to behave, you might have to restart Tomcat... (which
I had to do to get IP phone designer working incidentally)

For some reason, I can't seem to log in to webdialer with my userid/password. it
works fine going into ccmuser pages. I test with the administrator account and
it logs in just fine.
Are there any usergroups that a user has to belong to to allow access to the
webdialer?
