[cisco-voip] CUPC 8.5 Issue

Hello,
With Cisco Unified Personal Communicator 8.5, I have one user who, when they go to File, Options, Status, and change the option, when they click Apply or OK it does not take effect. So far, it is only this one user experiencing this behavior, but we have even tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail.
Any suggestions?
