[cisco-voip] Nortel CS1000 to CME integration- H323

Additionally, multiple h245 OLCs (versus the OLC-ish lines in an h225
fast connect message) might be caused by a mismatch in support or
PREFERENCE of a codec between tow sides. Sometimes there's a bit of
logic in one side that attempts to keep the codec in used the same in
both directions.
Imagine that:
Side A and B send each other a list of 729 and 711, in the tcs and
both sides responde with tcs ack
Side B tends to like or is configured to do g729 first, side A is
mildly unintelligent and wants to do 711 first, and ignores the fact
that 729 was first/most preferred in the TCS *cough*callmanager*cough*
Side B sends an OLC for 729, Side A sends an OLC for 711 at roughly
the same time
Side A sees B's OLC and "crap, oops." and then sends a CLC followed by
a new OLC matching what B sent to it.
Badness and misunderstandings ensue, call does not go as planned.
The fix is generally to disable one of the multiple codecs so that
each side can only choose one, or reordering your voice class codec so
that both sides choose the same codec the first time.

However, if a call is initiated from the Nortel side, we have one way voice. Cisco says that two things are happening. They said that it appears that the Nortel is sending multiple OLCs to the CME. But, they also said that it appears that the CME is asking the IP phone to speak RTP on port 2000.
