[cisco-voip] RTMT and Cisco Emergency Responder 8.5(1)

We just got used to RTMT working better with anything Linux.

I believe you retrieve CER logs directly from a web page.  No RTMT required.

I've tried the RTMT version from CallManager/Unity Connection, etc and they won't talk to CER 8.5.1

Maybe CER doesn't have RTMT?
