[cisco-voip] Stick with XMedius over Cisco Fax Server/RightFax

I learned that Brooktrout SR-140 licensing is not open after hours. They only work bankers hours, like 8-6pm ET.

If you want to re-host a RightFax server running SR-140 T.38 you have to do it during business hours, taking down your production.

I'd rather deal with 1 vendor, not multiple...you got Cisco who just goes to OpenText then Dialogic seperate...
