Hi,
When I recieve a internal call on my CUPC from a 3-digit number, a LDAP lookup returns the first result where theese 3 digits are found.
Example:
User 1 in LDAP:
Phone: 12345678
User2 in LDAP:
Cell: 56781234
If user 1 calls me, his calling party number is 678
CUPC displays User2's name, because 678 is in his cell number.
Is there a way of forcing the LDAP search to be a minimum of 8 digits, thereby using the Line appearance information from CUCM instead of LDAP search when calling party is an internal DN ?
Best regards
Henrik Madsen
