[cisco-voip] Integrating Asterisk with Call Manager

Anyone have any links to documentation regarding connecting an Asterisk VoIP server to Call Manager 4.2(3)?  We made one vain attempt and encountered a situation wherein ALL phones configured in Call Manager reset whenever a SIP/Asterisk based call is completed.
