Yeah, the single wire one looks like something our HelpDesk could use with little training. Looks like a phone, behaves like a phone. I'm thinking of creating a special userID for this tool, one that the help desk updates with the MAC of the phone they're trying to troubleshoot.

personally we are using the Singlewire one. I like it.
Variphy also has one in there package of Change control stuff for UC / CDR / etc.

i've got a project where i'm phoning people to get their phone using an alternate TFTP server and it's quite cumbersome when people are not used to it. it would be so much easier to just do it remotely.
we'd use it for other stuff as well.
