Yes it is possible. You can configure the FXS port to be controlled by SCCP and
then configure it just like any other IP phone on CUCM.

I apologize in advance if this is a dumb question.
Is it possible to connect an old Polycom SoundStation conference phone to an FXS
port on my gateway router and have the calls go out my PRI? We’re using CUCM
7.1.3. We don’t use any analog phones on our system so far so I have no
experience in what it might take to make this work, if it’s possible. Thanks
for any info that might point me in the right direction.
