[cisco-voip] Quality manager 8.0 Issue

Hi all,
 
Greetings
 
I have CCX "Call Center" and CCM "Call Manager" and we use Calabrio Quality manager software for recording and monitoring 
 
but I have two problems:
 
We are unable to retrieve the recorded file through the web interface.
 We are unable to sync with extension mobility users
 
 
Can anybody help me to solve these problems?
