#2 from my exp. you shouldn't be able to assign 1:1 and 1:2...it's either one or the either unless you use overlay.

Hi all.

 
I have following 2 queries regarding CUCME
 
1) How can i view the firmware version of registered IP Phones ?
2) If i have mapped 2 different DNs to 2 different buttons of 7962
     ephone 1
     mac-address xxxx
     type 7962
     button 1:1
     button 1:2
 
When i pick the headset, by default it picks button 1. How can i change this 
default behaviour ?
