[cisco-voip] Why is my CUBE sending my dial-peers instead of login information to Skype Connect?

I've only heard of something like that when someone is calling into an FXO port.

The issue was on the H.323 leg to Call Manager. I needed to enable
Inbound Fast Start, apply the config, then reset the gateway. Viola!
It works!
However, the caller hears two rings before the first ring is generated
on the called party's phone. Is that normal?
