[cisco-voip] Orphaned Phone Button Templates

aside from running a dependency report on each one, not sure if there is away from the gui. 

probably with an SQL statement there is though.

I am cleaning up the Individual Phone button templates, that are customer care individuals create. 



I have noticed that some Individual templates are not associated with a phone any longer. Is there a way to find Phone Button Templates that have “0” phones associated with them???
