Hi Matthew,

Based on the root cause given in the bug details I am pretty sure 
another workaround would be enabling Full Duplex Streaming for IPVMS in 
the service parameters.   This might work in case disabling cef is not 
an option.  You'll need to restart IPVMS after making the change.
